The importance for medical reports to reach us in advance lies in giving time to specialized doctors to study them and determine the possibility of treatment and achieve benefit, and when doctors confirm the possibility of treatment, we inform the person concerned, and we agree upon the travel plan an agreement is made with him on booking dates and various travel arrangements. 

If the person needs an entry visa to the Czechia, an invitation is sent to him by the sanatorium attached with the reservation, which is to be delivered to the embassy in order to facilitate obtaining the visa, and after obtaining it, reservations are confirmed according to the specified dates and approved payment arrangements.
